Our Quality and Value + Your Optimized Outcomes = The Perfect Fit
Our capabilities are built to ensure quality, value, and precision, delivering optimized outcomes and the perfect fit for every project.
Together, this combination of technology, expertise, and personal attention to detail ensures superior craftsmanship, delivering quality and value with precision.
Die Presses
Multiple die press machines provide the highest throughput on our floor, featuring 100% customizable steel rule dies for efficiency and flexibility. Our design team will maximize the use of material and create highly efficient use of the press to keep your project fast and accurate.
Waterjets
Waterjet cutting delivers unmatched precision, ideal for lower-quantity, high-complexity products. This allows our team to cut intricate designs in many different foam materials, including high density varieties.
Band Saws
Large format band saw cutting is used for anything from chamfering case inserts to high volume bulk cut sheets. We can process large amounts of material if accuracy and consistency using the cutting tools in our facility.
CNC Routers
Enhancing our capabilities by cutting full planks at varying depths, multiple CNC routers and expert operators expand our production capacity will beyond the traditional die press. Multi-head routers maintain consistency across composite foam builds allowing the precise standards of your project to be met without compromise.
Plank Laminators
Plank laminating capabilities for foam boards up to 7 ½ inches thick. This enables the creation of thicker, composite foam planks tailored to your project's requirements. Lamination is used when you need durable, custom-thickness foam laminates.
Skiver
The skiver precisely thins foam materials by shaving controlled layers from the surface. Using a rotating blade and adjustable settings, it can reduce foam planks to extremely consistent thicknesses, including as fine as 1/8″. This method ensures smooth, uniform sheets that maintain the material's structural integrity.
Sonic Welder
Our sonic welders use high-frequency sound vibrations to create solid-state welds without bolts, nails, or adhesives. We are fully equipped to construct complex dunnage solutions with plastic corrugated materials and ensure the durability with sonic welding in fabrication.
Laser Etcher
Used to mark part numbers on the top of foam. This can be helpful in tool control applications to ensure proper placement of each tool. It is also beneficial for foam parts with similar designs to ensure proper assignment to the corresponding product. In addition to foam, laser etching can be used to mark kit numbers and place logos on tools.
Assembly
Many protective packaging solutions require the assembly of multi-material pieces into the final product. To create these parts, Foam Tec Products employs a team of highly skilled and experienced craftsmen. Depending on the design, the assembly phase can utilize cleaning, trimming, heat bonding, gluing, erecting, riveting, and other production techniques.
